With four bedrooms and ample space for your group, you will find this gem of a home to be the perfect launching point for your Northern Colorado adventures. Enjoy the recently remodeled floor plan that works wonderfully for your luxury vacation getaway or for business travel. Upon entry to The Southwest Loveland Bungalow, you will feel right at home with the upscale design, vaulted ceilings and great floor plan to accommodate your group with modern touches throughout and the needed privacy to ensure a comfortable stay. With multiple living areas, a great backyard patio and convenient location, The Southwest Loveland Bungalow is the perfect home away from home to enjoy a great getaway.
The Southwest Loveland Bungalow is a thoughtfully designed home tucked away with easy access to city life or mountain adventures. Your group will find the large sunroom to be the favorite room in the home with its large windows bringing in light and blending the indoors and outdoors. A foosball table and a variety of board games await for game night with friends and family. Just outside the sunroom, the backyard oasis is ready for your groups enjoyment with the great back patio area, grill, Adirondack chairs and propane firepit for those chilly nights. With mature landscaping and views of the mountains from the backyard, The Southwest Loveland Bungalow is sure to deliver with a wonderful Colorado experience in comfort and style.
The nicely decorated master bedroom is located on the main level of the home and furnished with a king bed. A full bathroom is conveniently available in the hall off of the master bedroom. In the front of the home on the main level there is also a chic and comfortable living room with large smart TV and plush throws, perfect for enjoying movie night or for streaming your favorite show. The remodeled kitchen and dining areas are in the heart of the home and await for you to cook your favorite meals, just grab your groceries. The kitchen is fully stocked and coffee and tea are supplied for those early morning goers.
On the second level of the home, you will find two well-appointed queen bedrooms, and an additional bedroom including a full bed,toys, beanbag chairs, and a playset for kids. Another full bathroom is located on the second level. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.
We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.
A washer and dryer are available on the main level of the home and supplied with soap and softener.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.
With its great location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than 10 minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.
Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40 year running event that is truly a must see.
Take the gorgeous, 35-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.
Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 25 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies.
